The vast amount and placement of gold is a result of my reobject for this competition... not much I could do about that except edit the reobject and copy the new object data to this map, but oh well.

You are also correct about the agd path becoming apparent; I did make an effort to have the gold end up in places that didn't force you to stray too far from a path once you found it.

completion demo

This is a really really personal thing but I usually get pretty demotivated when there are such huge amounts of gold in a map. Most of it was so easy that taking the detour became more of a tedious chore rather than a fun challenge. Had you placed it in a more controlled manner, I would have been a lot more motivated to seek it out. But yeah, this is more of a style thing. Other than that, it is pretty standard fare minejumper, expect for the middle part with chaingun which was pretty nice. I liked how you could ascend the right part, the thwumps were probably the most interesting part of the gameplay here.

On a second notice, I like how an agd path came more apparent as you explored the map. Not sure if it was intentional but it somewhat remedies some of my gold criticism, I like this sort of map design, if it was by design.
