Map Data

Description Hello again.

<IMPORTANT> Hold jump whilst starting the race, or you will die.

New race here, the most time I've spent on one yet. Flow is probably the smoothest so far, although it may still seem a bit edgy. Drone-timing is more acute, and works a lot better. Perhaps the objects are a bit over-excessive. See what you think.

Feedback would be nice. Rate, comment, and enjoy!

Also, for anybody interested in my upcoming series, I'm probably going to make about 3-5 more races before I start, so that the quality is a bit higher. :)

Enjoy!

Or including chimney aspects, always try to playtest with a speedrunner, or somebody that can go the fastest possible. Often it seems that something is off balance for them. This time it was the drone =/

The drone was too slow

Hmm...

if you go too fast, you get killed by the drone. :/ 2/5
I don't want to have to press play, jump and left all at the same time just to start. That pretty much killed the map for me though I never like launch starts this one was especially frustrating.

great job with the aesthics, but the flow is pretty straight forward. try to awoid singletilejumps like the one in the low-left corner...
failed there...

Too many objects to get a smooth play through, normally I wouldn't complain about this, but most of these objects are unnecessary in the first place. The map is 700 frames long and you have enough objects for a 3,000 frame race. The flow was generally smooth and enjoyable, but pretty predictable. The aesthetics are really aggressive, it's not pretty to look at. 2(.5)/5, About average, but not above it.

Demo.

It's a bit temperamental, so sometimes you may get killed by the chaingun or the final rocket, but they should be relatively infrequent. Tell me, otherwise.
