I has some flow issues and is pretty boring. You need to make the player make fast decisions. This has a lot of long tunnels, which aren't good in a race. Make them shorter, smooth it out, add some faster jumps and it'll be much better. Look at the top rated races and see what they've done, make something more similar to them.
