The bloody name is racist. Na the tileset doesn't help. Just because your tileset eded up like that by coincidence, does't mean it's not racist. You shouldn't have submitted it, or given it a name like that.

first off i didnt just say...oooo im going to make a tileset of a chisese person drooling. that might be racist. i did it and it lookd like someone drooling... at first i thot it looked like a horizon...but wen i named it it looked like someone drooling and the eyes looked asian...so there its not racist!
It's racist no matter what you say... I mean who decides to make a tileset of a chinese person drooling, and thinks that it's good enough to submit. It does't even look good.
