Couple things...

First, less turrets. Usually only one or two in the same place does the trick. Secondly, not as many jump pads in one place. Like I said, one usually does the same trick. Thirdly, use trap doors with caution, you did pretty good here. Fourthly, switches on top of gauss and homing rocket turrets isn't the sexiest looking thing.

With all that in mind, nice map. Not great, but for your first map, it's good stuff. Just keep stuff in mind for next time you make a map. ^_^

Also, take a look at the Top Rated section, and see some of the stuff there, maybe you can get a couple pointers?
