I agree that it's really bad,

But deathcloud, by going to the forums and asking for banning the guy, it's YOU who deserves to be restricted. I gave this 1.0, but apparently that didn't matter, since it's still down at 0. I don't mean that it should get higher votes, because it is a really bad map, but please deathcloud, please! If there's anyone here who's n00b it's you. End of story.
