Tap a spring into NED, go back to the NED menu. Look through level code for summet very similar to this:

The back two numbers determine strength. Have a fiddle with them, but unless you wanna change direction, leave 0s as they are and keep the numbers either positive or negative, depending on what they were before you started fiddling.

oh, and if the tileset looks incomplete, the right side is kinda unfinished, but that doesnt have anything to do with the gameplay.

umm... totally off subject to the level, which is cool and a 4.5/5... do you know how to make teleporters? I have recently decided to try making them, but I know really need to know and I don't know where to find out.
