I don't get it

what do you mean the trick to the top area is to do it fast? What's supposed to happen if you're slow?

Worked for me

I hate it when they get bugged like that. Did you try remaking him and then trying the level? He only makes the bottom area tougher. The trick to the top area is doing it fast (hence the race category above).
