wow, this is great for a second map!

you seem to know what you're doing, so now just keep polishing it :D this reminds me of my first maps. I really liked the laser/gauss rooms.

My sister also played N for a while and made a lot of levels before I began, so she helped me a lot to make some of my better levels (as well as introducing me to NUMA). I think I only started mapping late last year?? I can't even remember... I started with Nv2 and have only just gone to Nv1 (which is why I have only started putting levels on NUMA). After making the really crap levels early on I started to spend more and more time making levels, and I began to get better and better. I was also inspired by a lot of levels in the 'popular' section of the Nv2 user levels.
Hope this helps :) Also, who has copied lots of old NUMA levels?

i just mean, a few months ago you must've thought this was acceptable www.thewayoftheninja.org/nv2.html?l=55645 to have published it and now you're a maker of flawless maps..

....unless you're copying old numa levels like a bunch of people have done. I'm sometimes suspicious of people who start of making maps like these www.thewayoftheninja.org/nv2.html?l=55821 usually the talented guys have the right instincts early on

dudeeee how many of your good maps have I missed o_O (you've made so many on n2 so quickly) I'm pretty impressed but this map for me this map has slightly too many pointy bits (a matter of taste i guess, everthing else seems good). When did you first start mapping, if u dont mind me asking? You heard of NUMA before?
