never commented on this map but its deffs one of my faves
It seemed more geared towards highscoring; as an average player it wasn't really difficult to complete just difficult to get a clean run.

I usually go for all the gold when I playtest my maps and I don't think I've ever really focussed on a speedrun test. Thanks for telling me, I should do that in the future.

It's been a while since I had not a fun and pleasant surprise witha a map as today with this one when I went to take the Exit key. Really awesomely timed drone at least for a Speedrun route. I don't know if you made it on purpose or if it happened by chance, but it's just what I was talking yesterday with Meta at IRC. We were talking about the difference of only playtesting a map for AGD or both, SR and HS because of a quote in my profile. I argued that it was important playtesting also for SR outside HS, just because this sort of things, to check timing of drones, if any, or shortcuts, and that kind of stuff. Either way, it was a very good and funny wink, and made me smile the first and second times I died there. :D

I think every path on this map was cleverly thought-out, for example, the ways in which the gauss can see you, as at the beginning taking the left rather than the right, everything is in its right place, both the gold, as the drones, as gauss'. The structure is also very well designed and thought out, I like it. It's nice to travel, as it was very nice and easy slip down floor to floor to the Key. It was like a feeling of 'left-right-down-left-down-right-down again and so on' very nice. XD

I have not tried yet for All the Gold, because today I feel myself in a much more speedrunner mood :P, but from my knowledge at a first look, I can notice that this map it's awesome for Highscoring with lots of possibilities and room for more and more innovations each time, also really well built. I can also appreciate how you had decreased a bit the overall difficulty in this new start of a new Column, which I personally think it's cool as well. Also, your newer maps in this new Column are aesthetically pleseant and clean, featuring different kinds of structures each time, just like this one, interesting and good looking structure. Nice map macro! Keep it up with the good work!
