you can use hydrairc, then. it's freeware (unlike those crappy xchats etc.) and pretty convenient. or Mibbit in browser.

first,
download ChatZilla or any other IRC client you'd like. I recommend chatzilla, it's maybe not the best one out there, but it's good enough and pretty convenient to use. when you've installed it (it's a firefox extension by the way) and set up your nickname and stuff (it's all in the preferences), enter irc://irc.mountai.net in the address bar in firefox. it'll redirect you to chatzilla. then type /join #n-mapping and you'll magically appear in the #n-mapping channel! ta-da that's it

I would recommend avoiding maps that are primarily objects, it's not typically a recipe for success.

I'd have to agree... the idea of 'minimalism' usually involves very few objects, as opposed to a very small play area.
Not like there's specific rules to what minimalism actually is of course, just sayin'.

hard. Honestly I dont like maps where so many Enemys and objects are placed on a tiny space
In another way it shows how good you are to make challanging stuff with low space. like vodkalover
