oh dear, i am quite saddened by the decay of NUMA. (i hate to be a moping molly, but we all know what i'm talking about) this map was made 3 years ago at mahi's [nmaps.net] house for moa. ok guys, here is the deal: i will be submitting some moa maps that i made. after that, i will submit all 50 maps of my pack entitled sorrowspell after that, i will officially retire from mapping. |

my only big complaint was the power the lower chaingun had spraying into the top left area, that continually ruins demos for me.
It was so barren back then that I remember the maps I submitted received ratings of 5 every time :P
Anyway, this map is really nice. Tiles look grand, gold was fun to collect, and enemy placement provided a tough challenge (for me anyways). Have a 4.

but now it has revived and there are people who map regularly and parcitipate in NUMA life.

Yes, of course I was not here. I downloaded the game on April 22, 2010, I think, and I joined NUMA in September that year, relatively recently. Anyway, since then, I've spent enough time up here, and I have known some extent the story of NUMA, this game and its community.

stop talking about the NUMA decay please
All of us here today know full well that now is not the golden age of NUMA, as could be 2007 or 2008.
But I sincerely think, after all, after N saw the light 8 years ago, I think there are many people trying to continue to keep this game alive and the community still active, there really, is right now people who are doing great things, there are several good mappers still active, we managed to get back to the 25 or 30 daily maps (of course there are not the 80 or 100 as before) but it is interesting that we have reached that figure again. Featured system works again, and really well I think. People continues doing several MapPacks, and still a certain number of people playing N and keeping the highscorer community.
I think isn't the best idea to be constantly talking about the decay and previous times of NUMA. Please enjoy what there is now, and we encourage people to continue doing good things. Sincerely think it's the best way.
Please sub your moa maps and your sorrowspell pack as you say, and still enjoying. ;)
