You slowly have to realize that none of this matters, and this is all for you. I doubt more than 10 people will ever see these maps, but it's not for them so much anymore. It's for me and the one or two that enjoy it.

Brttrx is a mapper that I can honestly say I envy. Look at just about any of his works, and you'll find: No attempt at a flashy tileset; no gimmicky mechanic; and no real, conscious effort at achieving greatness. Mapping comes naturally to him, and, appropriately, he makes the most natural maps out there. Best of all, he's the rare person who knows the difference between a great minimalistic map, and a pseudo-profound pretty-yet-dull one.
