Approximately a year ago, blackson approached me on IRC to offer mapmaking tips, using his own maps as examples. Call him narcissistic, but he really had a point, especially with Killing Time. Not many would use the whole map for gameplay with a tile pattern like this, and the gold and mine patterns are very loose; and while the gameplay isn't perfect, what results is that organic, unpredictable feel that can make any map memorable. Add in those damn sharp tiles, and you might fathom my jealous obsession in the summer of '11. — Tommy_Wiseau

It's the kind of thing that, just looking at it, seems almost certainly impossible. I doubt he knew, but then maybe he thought it'd be too hard to pull off to bother 'fixing' it.

Who knows if the sr path was not intended by blackson?

Well done with the cheat AP, jumping on to the first slant makes it way easier. Pity the best route misses most of the map.

In my experience

the left drone only works well if you time your jumps in a certain way, but oh my god is it fun when it works.

really like how this isn't just a nice trick, but a complete map. something you could see in the n-game.

i guess our other 18 maps are half-assed too...
(it was just a silly revival map)
the first drone should of been slightly later i felt, and the second a little earlier.
there's not enough to do beforehand that would make waiting for it worth it, but trying to get past it is really difficult. other than that though i loved everything else

its a weak demo, but this map is fantastic, thats some good tile + puzzle work, if I enjoyed this more I'd probably fave it too, awesome stuff nonetheless

aesthetically this really blew me away. still I think some objects could've been placed more effectively, including most of the mines. chaingun and seekers worked perfectly well for me and I'm glad you added that trapdoor at the end, otherwise that jump would've been a pain. <3

I agree with flagmyidol about enemy usage.

Pretty Amazing

I didn't quite like where a few mines are placed. Yet, I loved the map in general. I had to figure out a rhythm to get around the map and I fell a couple times which pissed me off. But overall great.
