Description	I had this idea that I could make a tileset for a race, then replace a large quantity of the tiles with one way platforms, giving the turrets much nicer lines of fire and causing rockets to last longer. This is what I came up with.

That's the point. It stops you just before the end to separate the ending segment from the rest of the map. It's like a period: Sometimes it might not be grammatically correct, but it sure places some emphasis on the matter. Does. That. Register? :)
