Description A reuse of a previous mine/laser style from a previous map of mine. The lasers really command the flow of the map.

This is much longer than my usual style of maps and is definitely stand alone and not episodic because of it (or it would be punishingly hard episodic)...

Tested in an earlier form by flag...because he cares.

agd attempt

drones...The thwump/floor guard is great though, I'll probably revist that combo.

I tried it with one up until my last wave of changes and what usually happened is that with just one it was a non factor at all. It got pulled early and then just went around the map. having two there ensured at least one proved some challenge. Having 1 was not 1/2 as hard, it was 1/8 as hard. They defintely work together and I felt having two was worth the extra challenge.

jesus man was i freaking out in that exit key room. Don't get me wrong, i love impossibly challenging games, I just think that this map could have been tweaked /slightly/ to make it more forgiving. For example, I dont think that two chaser drones were necessary, one would have been enough

This isn't what I normally do and I tried removing enemies but the map felt empty without even one of them...I know it's simply too much for too long for a normal map, which is why I. Mentioned it being best as a stand alone map.

Way too hard for anything but. I did try to work in some checkpoints....or parts of the map where you can pause and regoup. Top left corner switch, bottom right under the drones after you pull them off, right switch above the floor guard. Those little spots are safe spots. To help break up the length of this map, and are there on purpose.
i wanted to like this, there are some fun moments, but it's almost always just too much to try and keep track of the lasers and all the other enemies at the same time

Wow. Brilliantly difficult. Fantastic action. I absolutely loved it. Never have I dared to say what may be the greatest map I've ever played, but you really make me want to with this one. 6oved (6 + loved). I agree with what you said in your first comment: It's like every section has more or less the same enemies still providing threats, but in different situations, with brilliant transitions between areas that only certain enemies can threaten in. I rather fear I've just communicated that terribly but, seriously though, 5aved. I'll be returning to this often and hoping that my current opinions still hold true over time. (Though I'm not leaving until I've beaten it properly)

Just about half way

and the puppy gets me...I like how each section is it's own combo of enemies, It's like meeting a familiar face everywhere you go, but each time it's a little different.

Still, this map is hard to beat.
