There were parts of flow that were a little disjointed or bumpy, but for the most part this was actually pretty good. You maintained a lot of player speed, had some interesting flow sections and some good close calls with the enemies.

A few points of critisism though:

Your tiles, although they established a theme very well didn't really appeal to me. I can't explain with any specifics why, I just feel that as an aesthetic they don't work too great. Have you tried making a tileset as you go?

The chainguns killed me pretty frequently, albeit in absurd manners. You should try using enemies a little more creatively too, (as you did with the floorguard.) just try and make sure you keep a level of reliability. There is nothing more frustrating than playing a race and being killed in the same spot each time when it's not your fault.
But I like the flow and aesthetics. Nice map.4
