A concept map for ghosty. Here is the story, grouped into the rooms in the order you go through them (as this is a linear map): 1) You stand before this house; not out of a want but of a need. This is the first case that does not concern a suspicious wife or husband (or at least you assume by the strangeness of the distorted call that was cut off mid-sentence). "Hello? Is that you {xhshxhxhs}? There's someone else here {xshshshshs}. Oh god, I can't get out. I can't get out. I ca---" So here you stand; the place where you traced the call to. The candlesticks are made of an unearthly material (or unlike one which you have seen in your time on this earth); they are hypnotising to touch, requiring all of your will to pull away. You head up the stair avoiding the blackness beneath the stairs to a set of double doors. 3) Here the candles again beckon you in with their warm flickering. Paintings hang on either side of the great dining table. What they depict is not clear to you. You hear a weeping from behind the fireplace (cold and black with ash). 4) But that is not all that comes from that place; {xshxshshshshsh}... |
