The ninja's ragdoll physics of a death demo change every time you watch it. (probably because anything after death isn't hard coded like the rest of the demo)
So maybe in your demo originally, the ninja shot up to 2/3 of the screen, but then after rewatching it, it only hits 1/2 the height.

Yeah
the force from whatever kills you is random, so it effects how far you go/your height/your angle/the power that flicks your limbs around etc so almost every time its different. Demos won't work.
