wow romaniac is in a harsh mood
those trapdoors made me feel VERY unfortable. It's like driving a car down a hill without a steering wheel.

Since I'm in a long commenting mood
First thing, there are too many objects here. it makes the gameplay lag slightly and it takes a while to load and it looks bad.
Trapdoor propulsion tends to not work so well in races, since you are already going quite fast, a little burst of speed is quite unnecessary.
Try using other tiles than the basic curve ones. Most good races are made entirely without them. Try doing jumps up onto '1' type tiles, then jumping into a wall and off it. You get a lot more speed like that, and it is easier to do, provided there is a reasonable gap etc.
The rockets do virtually nothing, but that is more a function of the tiles than poor placement. on one of the falls you could have opened out the tunnel a bit and included a rocket in the way, so you have to swerve out of the way to avoid it. This is more interesting than to odd chance that the rocket may follow you for a second. Also the more enemies there are, the longer it takes for some of them to react to your presence, kind of like a firing order. Some fire first, some a lot later.
But mainly try using other tiles like you did in your previous map.
