This really needs some work to be called a "race" map. The flow has to be constant and consistent to be really good. Only add enemies in limited amounts as it fires late if it doesn't. Really try working on aesthetics too ;D

For a race map
this didn't play good at all...
1. Remove unnecessary objects.
2. Make the path more clearer (show it with gold etc.).
3. Put gold only at places which are in the flow path, so that all the gold is gettable without breaking the flow.
4. The enemies shouldn't kill you when you're doing everything right. (Look at the demo)
5. The top left is impossible without breaking the flow.
6. You see - the ninja should generally never be forced to leave the flow path, it should always move.
7. Play races of authors like _destiny^- [nmaps.net], rit0987 [nmaps.net] and da_man894 to see how you can improve aesthetics and flow.
