Description Stealing Fraxtil's brilliant idea [nmaps.net]. Read his description if you aren't already familiar with the concept.

Completion, Either Exit: Self-explanatory. 1 point. Cannot be combined.
Action Hero: During your run, jump from the top of the right building to the roof of the left. 5 points.
Worthy Effort: Completion in under 2000 frames. 5 points.
Not Too Shabby: Completion in under 1500 frames. 10 points.
Breaking From the Pack: Completion in under 900 frames. 15 points.
Those Delicious Yellow Diamonds: Collect all gold. 20 points.
Spiderman: Complete the map without ever entering either building. 30 points. Note: The "inside" of each structure is considered to be anywhere beneath a beam. In other words, stick to the beamtops.
Office Warrior: Complete the map without ever leaving the buildings/groundlevel middle. 50 points.
It's an Obsession: Complete Spiderman and Office Warrior consecutively, not including entering exit for whichever is done first. 150 points. Cannot, of course, be combined with Spiderman or Office Warrior.
Final Days Before Complete Psychotic Breakdown: It's an Obsession + third traverse for forbidden gold. 500 points. Cannot, of course, be combined with Spiderman, Office Warrior, It's an Obsession, or a sane mind.

So, have at it! Or don't. But I'd rather you would.

It's pretty straightforward. :\

You go through Spiderman, but instead of jumping in the exit, you go back to where you started and do Office Warrior. Then a third run for gold if you're going for Final Days Before Complete Psychotic Breakdown.
