first: welcome on NUMA!
your question: if you want to use the demo data, copy it into the demo data box from the Ned (after loading the level), then press 3 (load the data from the box) and q (start demo playback) and then press p... but turn on capslock ;)
so about your map... the hidden mines and launchpads are quite annoying, try to avoid this...
but it gives a certain freedom to find your own way for completing the map, and it's your first one on NUMA, that's why you get a 3/5
