Nice first map, a few tips:

-Try not to hide switches (Or mines, I know you didn't so that though) it's a novelty that's only fun in the 'story' missions
-Don't put in gold people can't get, it ticks people off :P
-Don't put in objects that won't affect the game play E.G bottom right corner :|, and the one way panel near the exit was unnecessary too.
-Think about enemy placement.
Anyway good first map, I'd give a 3.5 so I'll round it up too a 4 :)
