Description sidke is here in his snazzy business suit, explaining how when an economy is experiencing rapid growth, eventually the return capital will diminish to the point where return capital becomes negative, and when this happens the k/hour worked will fall drastically, causing a fall in GDP, also called a recession. Depending on the government policies, this can break entire economies where there is a slow, but steady GDP increase are usually the ones with the highest HDI or human development index.
