i cant do it neither :S i copied everything after the level data but the page tells me that the demo data is invalid.

okay, it took me a little while to figure this out, too

if you're in user levels for instance, and then there's that box that has the replay data, you go to the end of the data past the last # sign that signals the end of the level data and that's your demo data that you put up in the textbox on this site. to see mine, for instance, copy all the map data and past it in the replay data box in user levels, and then copy and paste the demo data after the last # sign.

because i have donde it but the replay data is too long and i cant post it.

and where do i have to put the demo data to see it?
