Um...
I'm no sniper so I'll explain what I didn't like.
The mine jumping is more about trial and error than a test of skill. The first two jumps are pretty easy, the third is extremely difficult, and once you get to the later rows it becomes almost impossible. As Lightning said, too tedious to be fun. Next time, try to add more skill jumps: every map you post, somebody should be able to do a completion demo.
Honest effort, but I'd still have to say 2/5.
