if you're playing on a large map, you can sometimes reach the enemy base with 2 or 3 brutes rather than just 1. On smaller maps, sometimes your cheiftan will go in alone. That's OK, just remember to keep a constant stream of Brutes coming in to refresh the weakened ones.

GAME START:

this is a bare-bones tactic that will either win you the game or severely cripple your opponent. However, if your opponent is skilled enough to beat it, you will be at a disadvantage, so be careful while using it.

When i tested this tactic, it seems to be more effective against Humans rather than Covenant. The Covenant Heroes can really mess this up, so use it only if you're feeling confident you can win.


1. Immediately build a Temple
2. Que 2 Warehouses to be built after that. you should have 100 money left over.

3. Tell your Chopper to collect money from the supply crates. This step is CRUCIAL to your rush.

4. If you've been collecting crates quickly, when your Temple finishes you should have 150 money. IMMEDIATELY start building a Brute, and be sure to Waypoint the gravity lift so when he finishes he can teleport directly to the Cheiftan

5. Tell your Cheiftan to attack the enemy base.

6.Your Chopper should still be collecting crates at this point. You should have 100 money left over to build another warehouse.

7. Target their Money-making buildings first, being sure to kill any Turrets and infantry that stand in your way. Use Vortex sparingly, because you need that money to keep pumping out Brutes.

8. Make Brutes to support your rush whenever you can, but also be sure to make more Warehouses and upgrade them to Blessed Warehouses.

9. KEEP THE CHEIFTAN ALIVE! without him, you can no longer quickly move your guys to their base

10. Keep harassing his base and going for the money-making buildings whenever he makes them.
