Yeah...
you need measures, and fermatas usually come last.

I know
Why the accent and fermata. For the note with the accent, the D, you need to go down a lot into the bounceblocks to get the switch. This is equivalent to hitting the key on a piano really hard, which would make an accent. For the fermata, he has the exit switch buried under a bunch of gold delay, so you have to stay there a while (hold the note). Personally, I think that's pretty clever, even if the map isn't very hard overall.

uh
you went over the C major scale by five notes. also, the the supertonic shouldent have an accent, and why do you put the fermata in the middle of a measure?

and
the stems are short and the clef isn't wide enough and lol

lol, karmap0lice, give him a break
I'm sure he just wanted a reason to put more markings on there. Though I have to say that nothing on this is specifically piano at all. It's not even a grand staff, so its actually for any treble clef single-toned instrument.
And Ihave seen something like this.
And I

very interesting puzzle
I don't think I've seen anything like this before, and the accent and hold things were very creative. 5/5

I like the idea, but the keys are incorrect and the scale makes no sense. It goes from C to A, with an accent on supertonic and fermata on second last note? Nice treble cleff and staff though
