I think this map could have been good if you had just made it a few squares larger. As it was, it was too easy to rapidly try over and over and memorize where each enemy fired. Also, the gauss didn't really seem to affect me at all. The thwumps were very good though.

A little tedious, especially in the small space.
I don't think the gauss was needed, especially if it has to be restricted with doors.
Less types of enemy helps create a consistent theme, though I think it would be really good with one well placed gauss, a floor guard and one or two chasers.
