Welcome to NUMA first, hope you stay cos you will have much fun here :D
Now, Tiles, You need to expand on the use of tiles, Try searching through "tileset"'s for inspiration or look at some great authors like "astheoceansblue" or "tktktk" for inspiration. your objects were ok, but you need to tidy them up. Gold undermines is a big no! A good map isnt always a hard map, well basically normally never is, but is more a simple and fun map. Take time, experiment with gold patterns or drone-paths, dont just rush your maps let them progress in time. Sometimes people take weeks on maps, sometimes people take 5mins. Just makesure you've playtested to full capability and it plays well and is enjoyable :D
