Description	this is a little story about bob. bob was new to NUMA, and he wanted attention. so to get what bob wanted, he created an account, then he started submitting maps. he knew he wouldn't get noticed if he submitted less than twice a day, so he started to do that. but he still wasn't getting 5 rates per map, so he started making arts' this worked for a while, he would make an art and then make some actions, then repeat the cycle. by now he was fairly well know by the community members, but none of them really liked him. the newer members though, the ones who had joined in the past month or two, loved his maps. bob ended up getting almost 20 rates per map, and you CAN TOO! just follow these simple instructions.
