<1000 is probably possible
This is a lot better than most first maps, the only recommendation i have for imrovement is enemy placement, none of them provided any real challenge for me, and I'm not exactly a decent player. 3/5, well done

pretty good, watch the enemy placement, put them in a place in which they will work, and will provide a challenge without being impossible. IE: 4 gauss's in one area, is a BIG no. anywaym the tileset was alright, but notihng special, put time into tilesets and branch out more with what you use. Also draw your ideas from inspirations in the real world. overall, a standard first map :)
