Description | well.. I bet nobody is gonna even try to play this map.I feel the same way superstardomx did.
You peoples when looking thru maps on the hot page aren't looking at the maps you're looking at the authors and newcomers.It is always good to support newcomers but what of those who came at a period where nobody noticed them. I'm not only talking about myself. but if a newcomer sux or isn't noticed they are forgotten and their maps are ignored because they get a false reputation. i thought numa was about incouraging people to continue mapmaking yet how can we if our maps don't get noticed. first i thought it was the time i submitted maps everyday but i know there are people on all the time the just don't care. but there are a few like: gtm lighting55, eganic and some others who look a maps. I think you should follow their path. i mean i simply love numa and the forums but nobody gets better without advice.. don't just start giving me advice give everybody advice!ps this is a fun map! |

also even if you DO make something people notice, you still might not get noticed. I actually am pretty ignored too, and only now, have I got some attention, plus, you should rate and comment on peoples maps, so they notice you. also, try to get a group of "regulars", who always check out your maps, and you check out theirs. also, participate in the forums alot, because popularity on forums goes hand in hand with popularity in NUMA. also, you're fairly new, you havent had the chance to be on peoples "hot lists". also, imo, you should try making tilesets, because they are your strongest aspect in your maps.

Dont goes, please.... but I do agree with ultcult in a less-harsh way, make something that people will remember. Have a look on the forums for guides, and refine a single map rather than make loads in a day. Im sure you dont do this, but its better to produce a single, significant map than loads of rushed ones.

Your maps don't appeal to me.
Therefore I'm not compelled to play them.
If you want people to pay attention, then make a map that blows everyone away, and earn some attention, but as it is, your maps are distinctly average.
AS for this map, tileset just isn't appealing in the slightest. Gameplay is awkward, especially with the floorguards. I also felt that you cluttered enemies. The one-way/switch thing was a terrible idea and the trapddors were incredibly ugly. One of the only things I liked about this map was collecting the switches at the bottom. 2/5.
