Everyone does mine-jumpers. Lasers are forever!

You can go to the left, wall jump, slide down the wall and wall jump again. That doesn't require very many free-falling skills, as you put it.
And considering it was supposed to be difficult, yet possible, and all of your comments only backed up the fact that I achieved my intentions, maybe the word you were looking for wasn't "bad"?

I have come to the conclusion

That this is unneccaserily hard in places, the first part was bad; it required free-falling skills which i'm not sure many have. The lasers were also bad, it would have been better left as a mine-jumper. Saying that, the tileset was ace and one of the jumps was amazing.

I spent like 3 hours making it easier than the inital draft.

Oh that part. You have to wall jump away sort of off the corner so that you fly in the opposite direction. You'll clear the mines like they weren't even there.
Here's a rushed completion demo, for proof. Compared to ShatteRift this is cake. There were almost two or three more laser tunnels, but I took them out.
AGD is SUPPOSED to be a pain in the ass though. Like the good old days.
