What was the general rule back in the day? No more than 1-2 maps on the Newest Maps page and no more than 5 maps per day?

oh...

McP3000 was a contributing member of the (numa) community; he made some pretty nice maps and all. but, he was somewhat immature, and inconsiderate (of...other people, courtesy...). so he got banned. twice. lul.
