I tried
I was able to hit it lower, but:
Situation A: I didn't bounce off the right side, so I went through the full length of the jump, which made it like 46 frames
Situation B: I still bounced off, but there was no way to quickly get back; if I pulled back too early, the rocket would get me, if I pulled back too late, the mines would.
But feel free to try ;P

You're not going to be able to match it.
That simple. You'd need ninja reflexes. This is one where I rehearsed step by step instructions frame by frame and it still took me about 40 tries to get 43. I don't think I can get faster now. To be able to do that non-fbf would be amazing.
For the record, it's five frames left, ten frames right while holding shift, five frames left while still holding shift, two frames left without holding shift, then the rest holding right.
For reference, the time it takes from the start to when the ninja touches the ground is five frames, that's FAST stuff.

Ugh...
This one is not non-fbf friendly... I know they usually aren't, but this one even more so... I'm not sure if I'll be able to match the 44s and 43.
