The flow was iffy in some places.
Especially the upper right corner and the last few jumps before getting to the exit tunnel (the one you used an arrow to illustrate).
You could also cut back on the mines and rockets. For races, less is more, and in many of the places in your race, one mine would have sufficed. However, the flow in the rest of it was good. 3/5.
