Well, I have a several for you, as I have several that are really hard.
The undisputed winner would be the OLD version on Micro 51: http://nmaps.net/132652
There was a mine removed to make it easier; it goes in between the top right one and the middle right one. Its placement should be fairly obvious.
Micro 50 is all mines and a bounceblock, pretty darn hard: http://nmaps.net/132551
Ditto for Micro 45, but in an entirely different way: http://nmaps.net/132368
36 is a cross pattern with a single zap drone: http://nmaps.net/131851
12 is a prety darned hard one, but you can add two mines to make it *extremely* hard, but possible: http://nmaps.net/130230
