jugglingenius: Don't forget bounceblock propulsion, locked door propulsion, normal door propulsion, glitched tile propulsion, and glitched door propulsion.
Also, I think it's fine to use a launchpad as long as you have a very good reason for doing so. Completely launchpad-based DDAs are fun to watch if they're well-made, but unfortunately I don't think this one's very good. If you allow gold delay and launchpads, you can do essentially anything, which means you should've gotten a lot more good close calls, especially close calls that go between two rockets or even touching rockets. You just have to dive towards the rockets rather than away from them. Also, you should've put trapdoors more often to block the rockets, because every second counts in a DDA, and every second with the rockets bunched up is a wasted second.

Launch pads
should be used extremely scarcely in DDAs; trap doors, thwumps and gravity are usually more than enough :)
