Mines are quite easy, the only part that really throws off my demos is the center, which is too awkward for a map like this which flows well otherwise.

Beyond that, this is a *very* solid map, but my suggestion - which I've recently started to follow - is to play through the entire map until you can run through the whole thing, which only happens if you remove all the frustrating parts :)
