I need some help with images...

Whenever I put a foreground image onto a map, it always covers the entire map. I've tried .jpg and .png and it still didn't work! I also tried coloring the blank space white and black with no conclusion. Please help.

anyway.
The picture is really cool, also the drone movement.
The only disturbing thing is, that i forget, that there are mines under the green substance (because i think this green something os part of the tileset..if you know what i mean.)
