@ be happy
yeah, but only if it is improved with lots of close calls, etc. It just needs some more of those, and perhaps some longevity.

@ condog
you would size it?
dead n before you finish it try to make the ninja pass threw a stream of bullets a couple more times.

Hmm
A lot of DDA makers focus on keeping the ninja moving and tend to focus more on making intricate paths of propulsion to the exit, without really concentrating on the artisitic side.
I am willing to bet that if you keep the ninja in smaller areas at a time for long periods of time, with close calls all the time, you will get a top rated DDA.
Good luck with this DDA. Looks like it will turn out well

Oh!
I just noticed it is a HR as well. You definately get extra points for that. ^_^

Wow
very fast paced, nice use of propulsion, but it needs more enemies/close calls. At the moment there are very little, if any, exciting encounters. If you improved that, i would most likely size it.

I agree with n0valyfe
It's not bad so far, but the ninja runs away from the firing too often, and there should've been more enemies (it's a little late to change that, though). Although it may be too late to do so now, I prefer ddas with good-looking tilesets, too.
