PLEASE PRESS ONE BEFORE PLAYING!!!

This was an extremely fun DDA to make, because I love chaingun drones and N looks so cool evading them. It's also kind of a throwback to those original DDA's with all the launchpads and gold delay (Tattletale, anyone?). The reason for the launchpads is that I needed to make it in 2 hours, and that I needed some reusable propulsion that did not also block the gun drones. This map was all about the close calls.

The edited launchpad at the beginning of the thwump section was the only way I could get the propulsion to fire correctly. (I edited the thwump section seperately). Hopefully you can enjoy the close calls. :)

Please rate for the excitement, and not the ingenuity, because I know this has been done before.

good

i dont like the launch pads but i like the chainguns and the thwumps
Some people care, people don't. I happen to be one of those who don't really mind. Like I said, I was bored, it's a cheap thrill map.

Oh

Always put the enemies down first. After you've already started the map, it's desperately hard to add or remove enemies.

It was ok

I disliked how the entire top part was dedicated to launchpads, and especially the gold delay. And the bottom part was cool.

3.5/5

I had some problems inserting enemies for the thwump part. Even after cutting out the code and moving it to the beginning (standard procedure for adding enemies) I still had issues with the chaingun part. I wasn't originally planning to make the thwump part, so the enemies were kind of an afterthough. Maybe I'll add some and resub.

Also, it might have been a good idea to submit this a little later, farther from Acid Rain's release. Oh well....

Thanks for the rating incluye!
Aside from that it's like the launchpad version of Acid Rain.
