ACTUALLY....

When I run through the map I lightly touch the exit switch so it doesn't release the laser drone. That way I save time (yes, even though you are way better at chimmney jumping.)

I think this is faster,

but you didn't post your demo. You have some good basic elements here, but they're undeveloped. One big thing that will make your map appeal to people is to make it look good. Focusing only on the path results in a map that LOOKS bad in the thumbnail, so people will automatically rate it down. In my opinion, a race map should have good flow, so playtest your maps constantly. If you need to someone to playtest or give advice, I love to playtest :)

Well...

After noticing the laser drone turned into a NaN, I knew I had to do it. If you want to speedrun it, just be careful not to unlock the locked doors the NaN drone is enclosed in. The switches are behind the exit switch, but they are possible to not set off. But then you can't hit the trapdoor switch that blocks the homing turret, so be careful...
