you can either get really close and tap jump then jump at 45 degree angle on the 8 tiles, or you can hold left and jump and get a second jump right by the mine, but its 1 frame, either way, one of the jumps have to be done within 1 frame, making this an excellently crafted puzzle, faved (demo also on nreality)
