Having so many rockets
makes it boring unless it is a closecall madness. This is also much too short. You also cluttered the rockets too closely. Make it seem nice and spread the rockets out evenly.
I'm making a launchpad DDA atm too. If you want, you can check it out (70 Rockets) to see what I've got. It is more of a challenge (to myself) to see how well I can make it using launchpads, not really a DDA for display.

Having that many rockets is pointless.
It just causes more lag and you really can't get any more close calls from them as you can from 20 to 30 rockets.
Also, if you are going to use launchpads, each launchpad should be used very well. You missed many close calls here you could have taken advantage of, even without launchpads, because you let the rockets get too close to each other to dive between them for impressive close calls, forcing you to run away from them. When you did destroy them, you just ended up letting them bunch up again before getting close calls with them, taking away the point of destroying them in the first place.
@magirocker: That's because there's only been one featured DDA so far (which I personally think shouldn't have gotten the feature, even though it is my own DDA), and that one was featured quite a while back, so it gets lost in the search results truncation.

Some Great DDAs [nmaps.net]

Sorry to be a downer...
These types of DDAs take no skill to make. There's just a lot of spammed rockets, and all of the propulsion is launchpads, and there's even a fair amount of gold delay (*ick*). Try using more types of propulsion techniques, and focus more on just a few rockets. Instead of closing them off often, just have a few, that stay around longer. Also, with so many rockets, you can't even tell what's going on.
I'm giving a 2.5down... I think you should try another one though... for some reason, there aren't any featured ddas I can recommend you watch.

Heheh...
Pretty cool, but a generic concept for a dda. Then again, it is your first, and that was cool. 3.5 up
