Map: 3

Alkali continues. This map is dedicated to Nexx for the first response (see Erythrocyte for details).
For this map, I tried to focus less on aesthetics and more on general flow and object placement. I used a minimal amount of enemies, but each enemy has a forceful effect on the map. For this map, more than anything, I want to see DEMOS.

Don't

like this one as much as I like the others...
I agree with nexx in that it seems too pieced together...
But I agree with mammaletto... Gameplay is fun...

The aesthetics aren't as bad as you make out, and the gameplay is great.

Thanks for the ded.

But I'm not really keen on this one. The map has a lot of disparate elements and none of them are reconciled with each other. A rocket, a laser, a few one-ways, two compartments with small entryways, and the rest of the level is unused but accessible. Neither the aesthetics nor the gameplay was cohesive, IMO. But that doesn''t mean it''s below average. I can tell every object was put in its place with a purpose, and that bit plays out well enough.

I'm amazed I lived to get this demo.

Down one complete space; it's too hard to get out of the top section. Other than that it's a pretty good map.
