Emptiness is a peculiar quality in maps. It requires its opposite to exist - a map made purely out of D-tiles isn't empty the same way a map like Laser First. As La Monte Young showed with music, and as Nexus has shown with this map, the serenity of the silence makes the action all the more intense.

It /is/ generic and playable,
but the thing I noticed is that this map has nothing wrong with it; perfect mechanics and simple gameplay, especially at an early map-making age in the community and personally.
I see your point, and personally I wouldn't feature it, but like I said it is a good map that I approve of, because of the above reasons.

I'm going to go against the flow and say that this map is merely generic and playable, two variables which should not in any way constitute a feature-worthy map. I appreciate that this was a very early map (416th in the archive) and I encourage reviewers to continue to look for "gems" from early in the archive. However, I don't think randomly typing in a low-numbered url or just looking at a particular author's earliest maps to review is how it should work.
