Making something harder isn't making it better. Maybe he wasn't aiming to make it harder. He just wanted to make sure you didn't traverse the middle area so easilly.

but i didn't like the drones. They really didn't help the gameplay, nor did they make it harder. Maybe a single turret or something in the middle would be better. I really liked the laser's path, and you managed to make all gold decently challenging. Nice map.
